Jason Thibodeau was born and raised in Southern California, a true native. Born in Long Beach and raised in Huntington Beach, Jason knows this marketplace as good as anyone. He came from an entrepreneurial family in a sales and manufacturing background, so attention to detail/technical ability are strong points of his personality along with the engaging personality one needs to excel in sales. With how complicated it has become to obtain a home loan these days, technical expertise and an ability to communicate are two very necessary personality traits.

Jason chose the mortgage industry back in 2004 when things were quite different, to put it mildly. When 2007 hit and the economy crashed along with the mortgage industry, Jason stuck with it and stayed the course. Many in the industry simply waived the white flag, but for Jason it was his opportunity to really learn the business and learn it the right way. What was the right way? Focus on adding value and developing trust based relationships. As a result, Jason has developed a 100% referral based business, which he recognizes can only continue with his continued commitment to excellence. 

Fast forward to 2017 and you’ll see Jason and his team focused on and committed to delivering the best possible customer service experience and product for his clients including Realtors, sellers and buyers alike. Jason and his team like to live by some of the following motto’s, “more is not a goal”, “we’re doing a great job, but we can do better” and “lead with love and gratitude, the rest will take care of itself”.

Jason is a husband to his wonderful, rock star of a wife Lorraine and a father to his two crazy and loving son’s Jack (5) and Charlie (3). Life at home involves laughing, having fun, playing hard, being active, entertaining friends, family and clients and whatever else life has in store including not taking oneself so seriously. Jason is a car enthusiast and loves weight training and anything else physically active.

Jason and his team made our home-buying experience seamless. Buying a home can be a complicated process with many moving parts. This part of the home buying process was straightforward.  Jason walked me through the loan terms, explaining the financing in a clear, concise, and engaging way. Jason and his team promptly answered my many questions about the loan process with ease and professionalism. Jason's team is very easy to work with. In particular, Rebecca was very friendly, responsive, helpful, and was available when we had questions come up. She was efficient in keeping things moving forward. I was also impressed with the online system that they use in order to gather documents for the loan process. This is the third time we have used Jason for financing and we have recommended him to many friends and family members. We are very pleased with the service we received from Jason and his team, and we are especially pleased with our new house.
